Book of Thanks 2014
09 November 2014I've seen a lot of people doing the 30 days of Thanks, or 30 Days of Thankful, using cute 4x4 albums. The concept is really cute but I have never been one to make a daily commitment to projects (like my many failed attempts at Project Life). Cathy Zielske even has a great product to print and help with the project. Cathy also has a FaceBook group you can join to get inspiration from others doing the project and support one another.
I'm starting a little later than most. I was worried about being behind on the 30 day project. Then I thought, why limit it to just 30 days? I decided to do my own take on the project using the same album many other people are using. I'm going to use the album to reflect on the past year and highlight all the things for which I am thankful.I recently purchased a kit from Digital Design Essentials that will work for this project.
Post a comment if you are interested in a tutorial for the prize ribbon technique I used for the rosette.
